Introducing You To Children Church

The Kimbilio Chapel grows alongside the school and now has grown to 250 members. The children refer to it as their church. This chapel began with the purpose of introducing to the children to God’s Word, being the textbook of all textbooks of our existence.
It is also to avoid them from moving outside of compound looking for where to go and worship.
The service is every Sunday, from 8:00Am to 10:30Am. Prior to the Sunday, the choir always has rehearsals in order to deliver quality. According to the children leaders, they are excited about the growth and expansion of the church, both in number and also spiritual maturity by most children. Among the factors that have contributed to this has been the visiting of various mature preachers like Dr. David Omalla, Pr Michael, Aunt Grace, Uncle Cor,  Head-Teacher Racheal, Tr. Wycliffe, Uncle Aggrey and many other servants of God with in Tororo who have all given them a word and above all children themselves developing the desire to know the things of God.
The children are so happy with the leaders for providing instruments to improve on their worship and actually every Sunday, they make sure they present a new song.

The following are some the activities that are normally handled; Morning intercession ,praise and worship, Sunday School and Main choir, announcements, and later sharing of the Word. During sharing of the Word, young ones are separated from big ones to make them understand better.

This Sunday, the children were blessed by Uncle Joshua Hajusu who shared about “IMPORTANCE OF INSTRUCTIONS” and assured them that in life wherever you go expect to be instructed. He quoted Genesis 2:1-25 which talks about Garden of Eden and how God prohibited man from eating other things but when he failed to understand the instructions, he entered into sin. All the thanks go to God who has made all this possible. We also appreciate other staff in-charge of Liturgy Tr. Denish Odongo and Tr. Akello Doreen. Therefore, continue committing this work of God to grow and be fruitful.
