Since the end of last year a lot has taken place on construction.With in a short period we have realized two heavy buildings coming up, that is girls’ and boys’ dormitories, all under High school.We thank all our donors and builders for their boost.
Having worked on the roof tiles, we can now breath a bit with the girls’ dorm as we allow the the finishing work of installing beds, wiring, windows and doors plus floor tiles which are soon done. The admirable building just took our builders one and half day to achieve all that . Thanks all…
As the new girls’ dorm is being worked upon, this Wk03 of January, some other builders have divided up to make sure that the new boys’ dorm gets a wall. We believe if the materials will be available, just some two weeks, the work will be realized.
The concrete work which took some two days to be complete and with the almost every builder participating finally came to an end and now soon we hope to begin on the walls.
Towards the end of the year, we thank God for strengthening our builders with much speed that saw the roof constructed before Christmas break. Most of the work was done including fixing the floor tiles in most rooms.
In order to maintain our standard, the aggregates were added before the real concrete work. We also appreciate the work of Bobcat-Wheel-Loader especially with these big stones. It has eased our work.
After the foundation walls are done,this takes us to another level of filling the marrum for the next level. As you can see every body is busy compacting and leveling the floor assisted by the Bobcat-wheel-loader.
After pouring of the slab,some few technical staff remained on raising staircase which is yet another complicated work that calls for patience.
Having demarcated the holes, here are the poured columns to help the builders see how to set the whole building.
