As we posted that after the week of column casting the speed will be now high, you can believe by seeing how the walls are being raised fast.We have got enough materials like bricks, cement, sand and aggregates in place to enable us work non-stop.
Last week was for steel bending and cutting, this week and today our building team with the help of internees are working tirelessly to make the columns stand.
Walls growing at a high rate. We are now at beam level just with in three days!
Wow! it has been a week of steel cutting and bending and final leveling of the ground.And after this, the other work of column casting will be now very fast and easy.
As some junior builders are now on the raising KHS-Toilet walls, our senior builder Kidele is busy casting concrete in the column holes so that they prepare them for the actual column feet. Meanwhile Ernest is still work hard to get the remaining holes ready.
Today our builders are on wall raising and i believe by the end of next week, you will be able to see it’s structure coming up in full swing.
This week all our energy is going in the casting of the feet of the columns. The toilet-block is semi attached the the staircase and all those are carried by concrete columns. Once the preparations of the feet are done, you will see some more visual results as the next week the columns will start…
